The pop of red turned out really great! I'm going to let you in on a secret...you'll see that precious red polka dot again when it's all said and done!
The typewriter block is probably my favorite. I'm so glad that I happened upon it in the scrap bin at Tipsy Star Quilts.
The wind was so bad that day! But at least the sun was shining.
He insists on wearing t-shirts and shorts...even in the winter! But he's a great helper :)
This project was definitely one of my favorite so far. I haven't decided how I will quilt it yet, but I do have some marvelous ideas for the back. But you'll find that out after it's 100% complete! ;)

ReplyDeleteLove the church dash and the navy looks so good in it. Old, traditional block patterns never let us down. They are like a good old friend...we can always go back and visit and they never disappoint. Happy Quilting.
