Mission Trip Quilts (and other goodies)

Do you spend as much time overseas as you do at home? Are you a professional at writing support letters for mission trips? Are you always looking for gifts to bring back to family, and ways to thank your supporters? Then I've got the perfect thing for you!

For all of my missions and Christian studies majors, I have an idea (credit to JT) for you. If you find some fabric in Thailand, Africa, India, or wherever your travels take you, that you just can't resist, buy it! Just make sure that it is cotton or something similar. Batiks work great!

I would love to help you turn it into something that will help you remember your trip. Just bring back some fabric in your suitcase, mail it to me in a flat rate envelope (these are super cheap!!!), and I will talk to you about creating something. I can purchase coordinating fabric to create a small quilt. I can also do small projects such as wall hangings, pillows, bags, Christmas ornaments, Bible covers, etc.

These precious items can be kept as a reminder of what God did during your trip. Or they can be given to family, friends, or loyal supporters as a thank you for their encouragement.
